A feminine empowerment & ancestral reclamation journey through the wheel of the year
FOR WOMEN WITH IRISH ANCESTRY
Discover the wild, sacred wisdom of your Irish heritage, and unearth your feminine power along the way
This immersive journey brings the wisdom of your ancestry and heritage to life in deeply personal and transformational ways, so you can answer the soul-deep calling to remember who you are as a sacred daughter of your lineage.
During our year together, we’ll connect with Ireland’s eight sacred festivals—Samhain, Winter Solstice, Imbolg, Spring Equinox, Bealtaine, Summer Solstice, Lughnasa, and Autumn Equinox. Each festival is a portal for deep ancestral work, seasonal alignment, and personal transformation.
We’ll gather together virtually three times a month to explore the ancestral wisdom held within each season. Through live teachings, monthly themes, guided journeys, seasonal celebrations, and community connection, you’ll weave a living relationship with your Irish lineage and heritage.
Reclaim Your Roots. Remember Your Ancestral Inheritance.
There’s an ache in your bones for something you can’t quite name.
A longing for belonging. A hunger for the old ways. A pull toward the wild, sacred wisdom that lives in your blood.
Somewhere deep down, you feel the ache of ancestral disconnection. You grieve for all the stories, traditions and songs that were lost to history, and the lack of feminine wisdom and guidance from your family.
Within our Irish heritage, the loss of our ancestral lifeways is directly related to colonization, patriarchy, and emigration. And yet, despite everything that was taken, there’s still so much that longs to be reclaimed.
The deep wisdom of your Irish roots pulses beneath the surface, waiting for you to listen and remember.

The matriarchal wisdom of your Irish heritage holds the key to your feminine power and sovereignty
This ancient wisdom yearns to be revived in spiritual and embodied ways—and through this ancestral work, you transform who you are today.
To walk this path is to peel back the layers and remember your true essence. And by reconnecting with the ancestral love, strength, and power that’s always been yours, you ignite your fierce sovereignty.
You don’t need a family tree to begin. You only need a curious heart and the courage to connect with your lineage.
The Strength of a Thousand Grandmothers Stands Behind You
Women who’ve walked this path before you share that this ancestral work has made them feel stronger, braver, and more courageous.
When we reclaim our Irish ancestry and heritage, we become more grounded and rooted.
As we embody this ancestral wisdom, we become better mothers, daughters, healers, and community weavers—carrying the strength of our lineage forward into everything we do.
We discover our inherent worth, and stand taller in who we are. We become less anxious and more anchored, especially during difficult times.
We feel less alone because we know that a thousand grandmothers stand behind us.
This is what happens when we claim our ancestral inheritance, and the deep feminine wisdom that flows through our veins.

It's time to remember...
Remember who you are, daughter.
Remember where you come from.
Remember your ancestral wisdom.
Remember the strength you’ve inherited.
Remember the wise women who’ve come before you.
Remember your connection to memory, tradition, heritage and culture.
Remember your connection to the earth.
Remember how sacred you are.

GATHER TOGETHER WITH OTHER WOMEN IN OUR LIVE MONTHLY CALLS
These calls align with the seasons and primarily focus on celebrating the eight Irish festivals around the wheel of the year; the solstices, equinoxes, and cross-quarter days. During the months where there are no festivals, we dive into other themes that are seasonally inspired.
In these calls, I share wisdom about how our ancestors would have celebrated the festivals and the seasons in the near and distant past. I also share wisdom about ancient sites in Ireland, Irish goddesses, folklore and more. We also go on guided journeys in these calls to connect with the ancestors, the goddesses, and the spirit of sacred places in Ireland.
Each new moon, I’ll share a story or myth from the Irish tradition that speaks to the wildness and wisdom of the sacred feminine and her archetypal energies, whose wildness longs to awaken in our psyches. At the end of the story, I’ll ask questions that will guide you to reflect on these archetypal energies that live inside you, and how they show up in your life. We’ll get to share our reflections together, and set intentions for giving voice to these archetypes in our daily lives.
In this call you’ll be guided to connect with the ancient wise women of your lineage. You’ll get to know these wise women over time and receive messages from them. You’ll also be guided to see yourself as an ancestor, and dream of ways to bring ancestral activism into your life. There’s an opportunity for personal sharing on this call, and to ask questions about your journey with the ancestors.
SEEK OUT WISDOM IN THE LIBRARY
There are different themes each month throughout the year, which align with the seasons in the northern hemisphere. You will be guided through the content month by month, and you can also dive into teachings of your own choosing from the library. Each theme includes an introductory PDF, moon rituals, a 60 minute sacred sound journey, and recordings from the live calls each month.
In the Irish tradition, immrama journeying has become a powerful spiritual practice for many modern practitioners as a way of going into altered states of consciousness, entering into the Otherworld, connecting with deities, and journeying deep within our own inner landscapes. In this area of The Roundhouse, I offer a variety of immrama to help you connect with the goddesses, seasonal energies, and other spirits from the Otherworld in an embodied way. These guided journeys are offered as downloadable audio files, which are usually between 20-30 minutes long each.
This includes additional resources, links and articles about Irish history, Ireland’s song tradition, the geography of Ireland, recommendations for taking a pilgrimage to Ireland, short devotional chants and prayers in Irish, and a variety of playlists.
This includes a reading list, guidance for creating an ancestral reverence practice, and a guided journey to connect with an Ancestral Elder from your lineage.
This section of The Roundhouse includes a variety of moon rituals for you to engage with. I recommend particular rituals for each monthly theme, but you can go here to pick rituals as and when you want.
Every month, I upload a short video to discuss topics not otherwise covered in the year-long curriculum. You’re always welcome to make recommendations and suggest topics for future videos.
This section of The Roundhouse includes an introduction to 11 Irish Goddesses, with links to guided journeys to connect with these goddesses in the spirit realms.
These playlists are designed to nourish you through the turning seasons. There are a variety of playlists including traditional Irish songs, modern Irish music, and so much more. There’s also mystical music that’s intended to support you in ritual and ceremony.
QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS WITH GUEST TEACHERS FROM IRELAND
In addition to all of this content, you’ll also be invited to quarterly workshops with guest teachers from Ireland. Each teacher is invited to share their wisdom and expertise in a 60-minute call, exploring topics such as herbalism, folk traditions, Irish singing, feminine wisdom, and more.
You’ll also receive access to the recordings of these calls over time, so you can dig through the archives and dive into topics that inspire you.

Take a moment to listen to Julie’s story, and hear about her transformational experiences with the Irish Goddesses:
Praise for The Roundhouse
The Roundhouse is a place that will forever live in the “nonnegotiable” place in my life. With so much desecration, colonization, and trauma happening in the psyche of the Irish people, Tara offers a gentle, respected and “right” bridge back to an ancestral place that is and should be deeply guarded. I have been obsessed with my Irish heritage my entire life, but often struggled to connect in a meaningful way, often feeling confused by the cosmology and myth. In the Roundhouse, not only do you receive SO MUCH accurate mythology and ancestral culture from Tara’s knowledge, you get the opportunity to understand what it is to EMBODY the Irish spirit, which has been the most invaluable thing of all.

Supporting Ireland's Native Forests
Trees have always been important in Irish myth and tradition. They are guardians of biodiversity, produce clean air and fresh water, store carbon, and much more.
Ireland is one of the most deforested countries in Europe, with official tree cover at 11%. We have a sacred responsibility to protect native forests and regenerate them for future generations.
During your stay in The Roundhouse, you’ll have a native tree planted in Ireland on your behalf every single month.
This monthly tree planting is like a heartbeat that will hold you in the energy field of reciprocity and right-relationship with the lands of Éire.

What Women Are Saying
Testimonials
“I feel like I’ve found myself again.”
“The Roundhouse has been like a deep underground river nourishing my very bones. I am stronger for it and more deeply connected to my own natural feminine rhythms and cycles, along with those of nature. Tara has an innate sensibility for holding space, in a way where each woman is exquisitely seen, heard and held in ways that allows her to flourish. To have the opportunity to relate in deep, true and authentic ways with like-minded and like-hearted women has been a true gift, and one that continues to facilitate real transformation and healing.”
- Anne-Marie Killeen, Ireland
“I joined The Roundhouse at a time in my life where I felt untethered to my inner voice, intuition, and ancestral traditions. This membership has allowed me to dive inward and connect to Celtic traditions through beautifully structured and supportive live group sessions that has satisfied my deep desire to connect. Tara has created a space where we are encouraged, witnessed and supported through ritual, sacred stories, and song. I feel a profound healing within myself since joining this unique membership.”
- Jennifer O’Connell, Canada
“My ancestral journey in the best hands with Tara. She’s a skilled facilitator, offering beautiful journeys, teachings, and lessons that have allowed me to do ancestral work in a way that is safe, community-driven, in a love oriented container. I can’t recommend her enough!”
- Alexis Truitt, USA
“The Roundhouse has opened my eyes to the old ways. This journey reawakened the wild woman archetype within me, while providing practical support for this awakening. Rediscovering our ancestral roots is critical now more than ever before, and Tara’s teachings are a key component of that process.”
- Bronwyn, South Africa
“This membership is a beautiful group of kindred souls remembering and reclaiming their Celtic spirit while experiencing this multidimensional spiral of life. Tara’s wisdom sharing comes not only from a very heart-centered space but from her vast knowledge and experience that goes well beyond her years. I have found community and I am so very grateful.”
- Jackie Lorenzo, USA
“Building relationships with my wise and well ancestors has allowed me to remember that I am more than just the consumer and the cog in the wheel that the trance of late stage capitalism would like to reduce me to. Now, I stand more solidly knowing deep in my body that I am from somewhere, connected to something, a part of a rich, deep lineage of ancient knowing and belonging.”
- Patrice, USA
FAQs
Get your questions answered
This is a question that I sometimes get from women with mixed ancestry, and I want to reassure you that it doesn’t matter how much Irish ancestry you have. Your Irish ancestry doesn’t need to be the most dominant thread in your ancestral tapestry.
What matters is whether or not you feel your Irish ancestry and heritage calling to you.
Do you have an intuitive sense that your Irish ancestors are longing to connect with you? Do you have a clear sense of why you want to do this sacred lineage work? Do you already feel connected to your Irish ancestry, and want to go deeper?
If the answer is yes to any of these questions, you are perfectly suited to join The Roundhouse.
The live calls align with the cycles and seasons, and so the calls change from month to month, but they are always hosted from Monday to Friday at 11am Pacific, 2pm Eastern, 7pm Ireland & UK.
I really understand this fear, and the sense of not belonging that we’ve inherited can be so intense. What I want you to know is that there are wise and well ancestors in every lineage who are waiting to embrace you. These ancestral elders can help you to overcome this fear of rejection, offering so much love, support, and reassurance as you walk this path.
Journeying is a skill that generally becomes easier the more that it’s practiced. If you’re new to journeying, know that the way to get “better” at it is simply to practice. By “better” what I really mean is that you will be able to travel into deeper states of consciousness and connect with spiritual energies in more profound ways. In the content library, I give some tips to beginners and encourage you to release any concepts of right or wrong when journeying.
Over the years, many women have told me that my guided journeys are really powerful, and that they’ve never been able to go so deep, even if they’ve done lots of guided journeys before.
For each month of the year, I share a story from Irish folklore or mythology, with a strong focus on the Irish goddesses. Most of these stories are very old and were first written down in the medieval period (sometimes as early as the 7th century).
Some of my students have said that the sacred stories are their favorite offering in The Roundhouse, and that their longing to learn ancestral stories was a reason for joining.
Jen shares: “The kind of storytelling that you offer Tara makes the mythology really accessible. There’s a way that you tell the stories that creates a deeper level of resonance, and by connecting with that deeper level, the wisdom becomes alive in the body, and as relevant as when the stories were first told many generations ago.”
There are a few different ways! First of all, there are lots of guided journeys woven throughout The Roundhouse. These journeys are an amazing way for you to connect directly with your ancestors, the Irish goddesses, sacred places in Ireland, and more.
There are also 24 self guided moon rituals offered in the content library, and I make suggestions each month about which rituals to engage with. Lots of these rituals are inspired by Irish folk magic. These rituals invite you to connect with the folk traditions in an embodied way, as they are very practical.
There are also 12 sacred sound journeys in the content library, which explore archetypal energies associated with the Irish goddesses. These 60-minute experiences give you the opportunity to explore these feminine archetypes in an embodied way through voice and sound.
Monika shares: “When I came to Singing the Ancestors, I expected Tara to sing, but not myself! It was pure magic. I started to cry the very first minute. It was an experience from the Otherworld. I really cannot describe it. I have watched the video 9 times already. I let it play even when I’m working and I sing along with that. There is so much in our voice and I feel the importance of reclaiming our voice! I am really coming home to me with the music you share Tara. You are truly an amazing soul. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
Last but not least, when I teach Irish mythology and folklore, I invite you to reflect on the stories in a personal way. As I shared in the previous question, the way that I teach these stories creates a deeper level of resonance, so that the wisdom is activated in the body.
It’s impossible to completely separate Irish Christianity from Irish paganism, but I definitely focus much more strongly on Irish paganism in my teachings. I guide people to connect with the Irish goddesses, we learn about pre-Christian sacred sites, and when we dive into Irish mythology, I peel back the Christian overlays to revive the original essence of the story. So to answer this question, yes I primarily teach Irish paganism, with a strong focus on the Irish goddesses.
You don’t need to be an Irish speaker to connect with these traditions. In my teachings, you’ll start to become familiar with some Irish words. In The Roundhouse, I’ll help you with names and pronunciations, and there are opportunities for you to learn short devotional chants and prayers. I can also pass along any questions you might have to my Irish language teacher.
Irish Gaeilge is a direct pathway of connection to our ancestors, and it’s really fulfilling to create a relationship to the language even if you have no intention of ever being fluent.
