In a recent survey, nearly 20% of people in Britain said that they feel a sense of shame about the British Empire. These feelings of colonial shame extend beyond Britain, experienced by many around the world with English ancestry.
This shame can make us resist or deny our own ancestors, and reject our history and heritage. But in doing so we also reject ourselves, and hold ourselves back from embracing ALL of who we are.

THE GRAIL PRIESTESS PATH
This unique program focuses on personal transformation as well as cultural and lineage repair, initiating you to become an ancestral wisdom keeper and feminine embodiment of the Grail.
England’s mythology, archeology, folklore, and traditions hold maps of remembrance to our pre-colonial identity that can help us make sense of who we are today. On the Grail Priestess path you will activate these ancient maps. Through these embodied feminine teachings, you will become a guardian of these ancestral and cultural life-ways.
The Grail mysteries include powerful themes of death, transformation, and life…which is why we will follow this age old path of initiation as the framework for this journey. This will be done in collaboration with ancestors, teachers and guides who will support you through this transformational process.

- Learn native plant wisdom from Aoife Lowden, understanding that the plants are master healers, and were used by our ancestors throughout time.

JOURNEY INCLUDES
1 Opening Ceremony
In our opening ceremony on October 31st, we’ll gather together in sisterhood and step onto the Grail Path together. This call will serve as a foundational introduction to the Grail mysteries, but will also be an opportunity for you to set your intentions and ground into the circle of women who will be walking this path with you.
14 DEEP-DIVE TEACHINGS CALLS
Throughout our 8 months together, you’ll be invited to 14 deep-dive teaching calls (2 per month). Each call is between 2 and 2.5 hours long, and is recorded for those who can’t attend live. These calls will include a combination of mythology, history, wisdom teachings, guided journeys, sister sharing, and practical guidance. These calls are a great place to ask questions, receive mentorship from me, and connect with others on this path.
ELEMENTAL RITUALS & DEVOTIONAL PRACTICES
Between the live calls, you’ll receive homework to develop spiritual skills and devotional practices that are grounded and deeply practical; such as land reverence, bone tending, shadow work, and more. These practices are an important part of this journey, as they create the foundations of how you will truly live this path beyond this program. These rituals and practices are simple but profound. While they do not require a lot of time, there is a powerful deepening that happens when they are practiced over time.
WISDOM PORTAL, COMMUNITY SUPPORT & GRAIL SISTER ECOSYSTEM
The journey to repair and reclaim our roots is most impactful when done in community, as our heritage belongs to all of us and we each hold pieces of this remembrance. This program will be hosted inside of a private online network (The Grail Priestess Wisdom Portal) where you can engage with the content and with others on this journey. This is a safe space to ask questions, share your insights, and receive community support. For those who want it, there’s also a Grail Sister Ecosystem where you can pair up with another woman on this journey to process, integrate and share as we move through the curriculum. This is entirely optional, but it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect more deeply for those who want it.
ADDITIONAL RESOURCES FORUM
Inside the Grail Priestess Wisdom Portal, there’s a forum with a wide variety of links and recommendations to expand your knowledge and deepen your path. These resources include information about England’s sacred and historical sites, ancient artifacts, the ancient dead, tradition & belief, English history, England’s ancient goddesses, figures from myth & history, folk music & dance, related fictional works, book recommendations, videos, and more. You will be able to share your reflections on any of the content you engage with, and share your own resources with others.
1 CLOSING CEREMONY
We will come together to close this journey on June 1st, honoring all that we have learned, unearthed and discovered together, and celebrating the ways that each woman has unearthed her unique ancestral medicine and inheritance. This call will include a powerful community-led discussion about how we can create a new post-colonial identity, and what it means to be English in these times of change. This is an opportunity to speak and dream from your heart, and listen to and learn from others in return, creating a resonant field of collective wisdom.
1 INTEGRATION CALL
At the end of our journey, there will be an integration call offered in June. Grail Priestess is a big journey, and this integration period is really valuable. The Integration call will include sharing, questions, and sisterhood support, helping you to bring the Grail Priestess teachings and all of the learnings you receive into your every day life.
