Remembering the Sacred Cycles

Since the beginning of time, in every continent of the world, our ancient ancestors were fascinated by the skies. They studied the movement of the sun, moon, stars and planets.

In the ancient Irish tradition, we see evidence of Neolithic sky-watchers who created incredible monuments aligned with the heavens, indicating a highly sophisticated understanding of the celestial cycles.

In the modern world, we’ve largely become disconnected from these cycles, investing ourselves so completely in the concept of linear time.

What if...

What if this severance of connection to the sacred cycles was detrimental to our heath & wellbeing?

What if this was the reason that so many people feel burned out and depleted, from constantly overriding the natural cycles that we’re part of?

What if connecting to the sacred cycles was the key to remembering your own sacred rhythms, unlocking a powerful and ancient wisdom inside of you that felt like a deep homecoming?

The Moon & The Sacred Feminine

The moon has been a sacred guide for womenfolk throughout the ages. The moon teaches us how to move in cycle…to wax and wane, shapeshift and change, rest and manifest, and so much more. On my own journey, connecting to her sacred rhythms has been a deep remembrance and homecoming.

As a way of celebrating Grandmother Moon, Seanmháthair Gealach, you’re invited to sign up for my monthly rituals, inspired by Irish folk magic. These simple rituals are a way for you to connect with the potent energies of the full moon with deep intention.
